I want pie as dessert and dinner—especially hot pot pie, it’s amazing.
Ingredients for Chicken Pot Pie
- Two 10½ oz cans cream of chicken soup
- One 10 oz bag frozen vegetables (carrot, corn, green bean mix)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 small rotisserie chicken, shredded
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boxes refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts in each)
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.
- Combine soup, veggies, garlic powder, shredded chicken, salt, and pepper.
- Cut pie crusts into rectangles. Add filling, seal, brush with egg, and poke fork holes.
- Repeat for 8 pot pie pockets. Bake for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.
