Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except marshmallows) and spread into a baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
