Ingredients (Turkey)
- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Herbs: rosemary, thyme, sage
- Salt & pepper
- 1 lemon, halved
Ingredients (Stuffing)
- 1 loaf bread, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Sage, thyme, rosemary
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Rub turkey with butter, oil, herbs, salt, pepper.
- Place lemon halves inside cavity.
- Roast until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest 30 minutes before carving.
- Sauté onion & celery, toss with bread & herbs.
- Add broth, bake stuffing at 350°F for 30–40 minutes.

- 2 ½ cups cake flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients, add alternately with buttermilk.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, cool, frost.

- Whisk ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- Churn in ice cream maker 20–25 minutes.
- Freeze until firm.

- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate

- Heat cream, sugar, cocoa until simmering.
- Stir in chocolate & butter until smooth.

- Steep tea bags in boiling water 15 minutes.
- Remove bags, stir in sugar.
- Add cold water, chill, serve over ice.

- Mix cocoa, sugar, salt with hot water.
- Add milk, heat gently.
