  • Swim all major strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and introductory butterfly—with efficient technique.

  • Perform basic lifesaving assists and respond appropriately to aquatic emergencies within their training level.
  • Explain how swimming supports lifelong fitness, stress relief, and community engagement.
