Safety Plan & Pie Recipe

Recipe: Simple Comfort Pie

Crust:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 3–4 tbsp cold water

Filling (choose your fruit):

  • 4 cups sliced apples or berries
  • 1/2–3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for apples)

Mix crust, chill, roll. Stir filling, pour into crust, top as you like. Bake at 375°F until bubbly and golden.
